New Firearm Alert! The Springfield Echelon Pistol

Designed with innovative new features, this new striker-fired duty pistol maintains Springfield Armory’s commitment to quality, design, and forward-thinking features. It’s a pistol that can be customized to your preferences, making it a great choice for an EDC or duty pistol.
The Springfield Echelon Pistol
Designed for real-world use in tough conditions, the Springfield Armory Echelon has several features worth noting. Its revolutionary optics mounting system allows the mounting of more than 30 optics without an optics plate, using auto-locking pins to accommodate the footprints of DPP, RMR, and Shield optics (the full list can be viewed on the Springfield website). This allows you to easily mount your favorite optic, allowing you to experience precision and accuracy with every shot.
But this isn’t the only way the gun can be customized. Also available are interchangeable backstraps and several grip modules of various sizes, allowing you to hold the pistol securely regardless of your hand size. It also comes with a 17-round flush-fit magazine and a 20-round extended mag. You can find additional Echelon mags at GrabAGun!
As we mentioned earlier, the build quality and durability of the Springfield Echelon are great too! Featuring a durable, hammer-forged barrel and stainless steel chassis, the construction of the Echelon is both durable and reliable. The slide is also machined with a melonite finish, ensuring that your Echelon will stand up to any challenge thrown at it. Lastly, the pistol is designed with ambidextrous controls and is designed to exceed SAAMI drop test requirements to prevent accidental firing.

The Springfield Echelon with 3-dot Sights
In addition to the U-dot sights on the last pistol, there’s also this model with a more traditional 3-dot configuration. All other specs are the same.

Springfield Echelon 10-round Model
For those that live in states with mag restrictions or prefer the weight of a lower-capacity mag, there’s also a 10-round version of the Echelon available. This model ships with (2) 10-round magazines rather than the 17 and 20-round mags, making the Echelon more accessible to everyone, regardless of location. This model has the same U-dot sights and specs as the first model.

The Springfield Echelon with Threaded Barrel
In addition to the standard version of the Echelon, there’s also a version with a threaded barrel for those that want to install a suppressor or another muzzle accessory. This model is nearly identical to the standard version but features a 5.28” threaded with a 0.5 x 28” pattern for easy customization.
